Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending appropriate products
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Assist with branch operations including opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in cash-handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
