Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries efficiently
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions according to strict protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
