Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Horizon 2026 AI framework, ensuring scalability and security.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for machine learning capabilities, aligning with 2026 business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience in designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
