Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain an innovation pipeline prioritizing quantum computing, AI governance, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate 2026-ready solutions through rapid experimentation cycles
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate technology ecosystems
