- Develop integrated 2026 strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year impact
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-shaping projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
