Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead scenario planning workshops across departments to align on future-state priorities
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist task force
- Author quarterly trend reports and horizon-scanning publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
