- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive market forces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data modeling
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in emerging technologies
- Present future impact assessments to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI/ML, biotech, or sustainability technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
