Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating next-gen products and services with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders, translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Establish innovation governance protocols balancing risk tolerance and exponential growth potential
- Partner with R&D to de-risk emerging technologies and accelerate prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with C-suite credibility
- Advanced degree in strategic innovation, futures studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation management or technology forecasting
