Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for technological evolution, identifying emerging trends in AI and cloud computing.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data loads.
- ML Infrastructure: Build and optimize MLOps pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to industry standards (GDPR, SOC2).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and distributed systems. Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps with a focus on the year 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
