Your Mission:
You will manage the full cycle of bookkeeping operations, ensuring that our financial data is precise, up-to-date, and fully compliant with regulatory standards. You will serve as the trusted point of contact for our clients regarding their financial inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analyses.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all tax filings are current.
- Assist with annual tax preparation and quarterly tax filings.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding financial status.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent years of experience).
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and strong Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of US tax laws, GAAP, and payroll regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
