Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Prepare financial reports and balance sheets for leadership review.
- Process payroll and manage vendor invoices accurately.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for night-shift transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
