Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll for a team of 20+ employees on a bi-weekly basis.
- Assist with monthly and annual tax filings and compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and reconcile credit card statements.
- Prepare budget reports and assist in variance analysis for key clients.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
