Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and provide deep-dive insights into variances to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide financial guidance.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting cycles, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
