What You Will Do:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data and present findings to stakeholders with clarity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams to assess the financial viability of new projects.
- Streamline financial reporting processes and improve data accuracy using advanced Excel techniques.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory filings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Index/Match) and financial modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or SQL is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
