Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and cost optimization
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against strategic objectives
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
