Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Data: Review and interpret complex financial statements, market trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts to guide executive decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Cost Management: Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities across various departments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and financial modeling software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive financial information.
