Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenarios to assess business performance and future trends.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and investor relations activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
