The Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of our financial planning and analysis department. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, support budgeting processes, and provide critical recommendations to leadership to ensure the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive management and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against the budget and operational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to support capital budgeting and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
