Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for interpreting financial data to provide actionable insights, managing forecasting models, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing recommendations for corrective action.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements for capital expenditures and operational expenses.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present performance trends to senior management.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all reconciliations are completed on time.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends affecting the company's financial health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Macros) is required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
