Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and budget forecasting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and capital allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
