Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation
- Present financial insights to executive leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of financial statements and KPIs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
