Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and track variances throughout the year.
- Conduct research and present findings to management to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
