Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis: Review complex datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare financial reports: Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive stakeholders.
- Budget forecasting: Assist in the creation and maintenance of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Modeling support: Build financial models to support business cases and capital allocation decisions.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and internal controls.
- Stakeholder communication: Present findings clearly to non-financial managers and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly preferred.
