Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual and projected financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for financial projects.
- Maintain and improve financial databases and reporting systems.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
