Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the economic performance of our business units and preparing detailed financial reports. Your expertise will help us navigate complex market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget adherence and project profitability.
- Research industry trends and economic data to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VBA) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
