We are seeking a candidate who can drive financial planning, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial goals.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
