Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support for major business initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to drive revenue optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros).
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
