Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts on a monthly and annual basis.
- Prepare comprehensive variance reports to analyze performance against targets.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new projects and operational initiatives.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Present financial data to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial teams.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
