Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor budget versus actuals, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform variance analysis and forecasting to project future financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and impact on financials.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial planning (5-year plan).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
