Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term business planning and decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- CFA or CPA designation is a plus.
