Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis for executive leadership.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing support for departmental budget management.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and project evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
