Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Identify key business trends and potential risks through data interpretation and market research.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare capital budgets and assess the financial impact of new initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Streamline financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and complex formulas).
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
