Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support the annual operating plan.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenarios to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with corporate goals.
- Assist in the preparation of external audit schedules and regulatory filings.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within financial reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-financial audiences.
