Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and evaluate capital investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into financial strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and executive presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
