Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business planning and budgeting cycles.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess project profitability and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
