Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budget models and variance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business goals and translate them into financial plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
