Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis for investment portfolios
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports with executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for expansion opportunities
- Present financial insights to C-suite stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for financial dashboards
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
