Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data across 15+ client portfolios using advanced Excel modeling and BI tools
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead budgeting processes for $50M+ annual operations with zero-balance methodologies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic pricing models
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through dynamic Power BI dashboards and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost optimization initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in coastal/real estate sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
- Strong understanding of IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
