Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop, maintain, and update complex financial models and forecasting tools.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor budget execution throughout the fiscal year.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences.
