Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and trend reports.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational workflows.
- Risk Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess financial risks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial data to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Assist in the tracking and valuation of company assets and inventory to ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to non-financial audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling financial data and documentation.
- Certifications: CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred but not required.
