Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
