Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial trends, variances, and profitability to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth drivers.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor budget performance and ensure financial targets are met.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations of financial data for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Streamline financial reporting processes and improve data accuracy through system optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
