Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and budget reports using Excel and specialized software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights through executive dashboards
- Lead monthly close processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights
