About The Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and forecasting future trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
