Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly/quarterly reports and variance explanations
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Support audit processes by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Create dashboards and visualizations for executive-level presentations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
