Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the annual operating budget.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership regarding financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
