Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, variances, and risks in financial data to drive process improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret financial data and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Assist in the development of variance analysis reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
