Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic business planning.
- Conduct variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets versus actuals.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data integration across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
