Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investor materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
