Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts for annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted projections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to provide actionable business insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial audiences.
